Fruitastic Instead of serving just one piece of fruit, try using a variety of colourful fruits to keep kids interested. Serve it with yogurt dip or mini muffins on the side.
Fruit Kebabs Try fun mini fruit kebabs using cut pieces of your kids favorite fruits and layering with cut mini muffins.
Fruit Bowl Cut open a cantaloupe, take filling out to make a well in center, then fill up with cut up cantaloupe pieces and a variety of other cut up fruit.
Rainbow Fruit Salad Layer fruit in a large flat serving plate in a rainbow shape. Yellow = pineapple, green = kiwi, red = strawberries, purple = grapes, blue = blueberries, and so on for a yummy rainbow fruit salad.
Dipped Fruit As an occasional treat, serve a variety of fruit pieces with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon to dip on the side... Your kids will love dipping the fruit pieces into this yummy mixture.
Monkey Tails Cut bananas in four and insert a Popsicle stick into banana pieces… a healthy banana treat to you, monkey tails to your kids. Occasionally you may want to let them dip it in a little chocolate or brown sugar.
